NOTE: Since his January 9, 2025 docket is during the Detroit Auto Show’s press preview week – making parking very scarce and very expensive around the old Comerica Building (211 W. Fort), Judge Hage has graciously suspended the “in-person” requirement for this day.

All Chapter 13 hearings scheduled for January 9, 2025 in front of Judge Hage will be held telephonically.

Effective 10/25/24, there will be a HARD CUT OFF of 3:00 PM on the Tuesday before a Judge Hage docket to resolve matters. Our office does not have the authority to adjourn, confirm, resolve or otherwise remove a case from the upcoming docket after that time.
